The Megalo Chorio Castle is situated on the mountain just above the current village of Megalo Chorio on the island of Tilos. It is a small fortress. Inside it you will find the remains of a church, effectively the only structure still standing. The walk up will take you a little over half an hour. You will be able to enjoy some beautiful views of the island.
