This rather large complex of tunnels/rooms is situated in a gully near one of the windmills, just outside the village of Antimachia. It is inside a rather large enclosure where some sheep are kept. You might need to ask the sheepherder to actually let you in. These caves and underground rooms that were built by the Italians and were used as bomb shelters are mostly referred to as refugios by the locals. I was able to stand quite comfortably so they were probably built with the intention to be used on a more permanent basis. Today they seem to be inhabited by the sheep, mostly during the cold winter months...
There is a source of water just outside which was practical as it provided the water for those who needed to hide away in the refugios.
