The Camel beach is a somewhat more secluded beach situated just after the end of the long stretch of beach ending up at Paradise Beach and precedes the actual Kefalos Bay. The waters there are usually calm although a little cold. The beach takes its name from the rock formation just behind. If you look at it from the sea it looks a lot like a camel hence the name that was ascribed to it.
